Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Golang (Gin/GORM).
• Architect and build modern React.js front-end applications with reusable components and state management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Ensure adherence to best coding practices, code reviews, and clean architecture principles.
• Drive technical discussions, perform system design reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs and internal REST/GraphQL services.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.

Technical Skills

Backend (Golang):

• Strong experience in Golang (minimum 4+ years hands-on).
• Expertise with Gin and GORM frameworks.
• Proven experience building RESTful microservices and API gateways.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, caching (Redis), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture, DDD, or Hexagonal Architecture is a plus.

Frontend (React):

• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, and Hooks.
• Experience in component-driven development and responsive UI design.
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite, Webpack, or Babel.
• Understanding of REST API integration, authentication flows, and state management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
