GOLF CART TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC

· Responsible for repairing and maintaining electric golf carts.

· Must be able to use automotive hand tools and the ability to use electrical testing devices.

· Determine the type of repairs required by reading work orders, talking to cart operators, or test-driving carts.

· The ability to operate and interpret the operational performance of motors using voltmeters, ammeters, and wattmeter.

· Dismantle motor and repair or replace defective parts such as brushes, armatures and commutators using wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers.

· Rewire electrical systems and repair or replace electrical accessories such as horns and headlights.

· Tests and recharges or replaces batteries. Lubricates moving parts and adjusts brakes and belts.

· May perform structural repairs to body of cart seats, and fabric tops.

· Follow maintenance prevention program on golf carts, (daily, weekly, and monthly).

· Keep an inventory on parts that wear and tear the most for inventory purpose.

· General maintenance in the warehouse/store.

· Responsible for performing other appropriate duties as required by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
