Golf Course Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Greenskeeper to maintain the beauty and health of our golf course or landscaped grounds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance, ensuring the environment remains pristine and inviting for all visitors. Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas using hand tools and power tools
• Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent drought stress
• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
• Use gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers to keep grounds tidy
• Assist with planting, pruning, and seasonal flower bed preparations
• Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair
• Support overall land management activities to promote healthy turf and plant growth
• Maintain safety standards while handling equipment and performing outdoor work

Experience

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscaping practices is a plus
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment is beneficial
• Knowledge of horticulture principles related to turf management and plant health is advantageous
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to groundskeeping duties
