GOOGLE AD SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Google Ads Specialist with extensive hands‑on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, with a proven track record managing Google advertising for long‑term campaigns across search, display, video (YouTube), and shopping formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting setup, and bid strategy implementation.
  • Create highly relevant ad copies, extensions, and assets to maximize click‑through and conversion rates.
  • A/B test ads, audiences, and landing pages for performance improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, remarketing tags, and audience lists.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, web developers) to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years experience specifically managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and paid advertising best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads interface, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and conversion tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Immediate availability or very short notice period.
  • Residency in Bahrain is required for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification (Search / Display / Video).
  • Experience in managing high‑budget campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and UX best practices.
  • Experience in additional paid platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
