Google Ads Executive

4 Ace Technologies is a Karachi based software and digital marketing agency serving clients across the USA and UK. We're looking for a motivated Google Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team and help manage paid campaigns for our international clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Write and test ad copy for better CTR and conversions
• Track and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) using Google Ads & Analytics
• Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and landing pages
• Stay updated on Google Ads policy changes, new features, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 0–1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (internships/coursework count)
• Basic understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads certification is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good written English for ad copy and client reporting
• Must be based in Karachi and able to work on-site
