We are seeking a results-driven
Google Ads Manager
to plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective ad strategies that maximize ROI, increase conversions, and strengthen brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance

Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and ensure ad spend efficiency

Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for visuals

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)

Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies for continuous improvement

Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and sales teams to align paid ads with overall business goals
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager, PPC Specialist, or similar role

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Experience with keyword research tools and bid management
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Google Ads Certification (preferred)

Experience managing budgets and delivering strong ROI
