We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled PPC Manager with proven experience in the legal industry.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Manager who can develop, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns for law firms across the United States. The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience managing PPC campaigns in the legal sector, a track record of generating high-quality leads, and the emotional stability and reliability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage and scale Legal-specific campaigns (PI, family law, criminal defense, employment, etc.).
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor budgets and KPIs daily with accountability for lead volume, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Create clear performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with SEO, social media, and creative teams to maximize integrated marketing results.
  • Stay on top of legal advertising compliance guidelines, market trends, and platform updates.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of hands-on PPC management experience in the legal industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and cases for law firms through paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage $50k+ monthly budgets with efficiency and ROI focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing experience preferred).
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and emotionally stable with a problem-solving mindset.
  • U.S. residency required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LSAs (Google Local Services Ads).
  • Familiarity with call tracking platforms (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.).
  • Knowledge of intake and CRM software commonly used in the legal industry (Clio, Filevine, Lead Docket, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
