We’re looking for a Google Ads Manager who can take charge of our clients’ paid campaigns and deliver measurable growth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple accounts, be proficient with Google’s AI-driven tools, and have a deep understanding of PPC strategies that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, and Discovery).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Develop data-driven ad strategies to achieve campaign goals (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Use Google AI tools and automation features (Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI-based optimization tools, etc.) to enhance performance.
• Integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking and insights.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare detailed performance reports for clients.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to improve ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Google Ads, AI-driven marketing tools, and digital advertising technologies.
• Manage budget allocations efficiently across campaigns and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
• Test and implement AI-based tools and automation for ad optimization, reporting, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools related to Google Ads, such as:
• Google Ads AI Recommendations
• Performance Max Automation
• Google Ads Scripts & Smart Bidding Strategies
• Third-party AI tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Adalysis, or similar)
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms is a plus.
