About the Role

DBS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will own the full lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns—including planning, execution, analysis, and scaling—while ensuring strong ROI and performance. This role requires deep expertise in Google advertising platforms, performance marketing, and an understanding of the digital landscape in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, develop, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Craft compelling, brand-aligned ad copy and ensure all creatives meet campaign objectives.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Identify performance trends and leverage insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Budget Management & Strategy

  • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets to maximize returns.
  • Develop and execute scalable growth strategies while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, content, and product teams to develop effective landing pages and creatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed to support campaign execution and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable performance results.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related advertising tools.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with additional digital channels such as SEO, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of remarketing, funnel strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
