Google Ads Manager – B2B Lead Generation

Envex Tech Solutions is hiring a highly experienced Google Ads Manager to manage and scale campaigns for our custom packaging & printing business targeting UK, USA & Canada markets .

This is not a basic ads role . We are looking for someone who understands B2B lead generation for custom products , long sales cycles, and conversion-focused strategy — not just running campaigns.

• Do NOT apply if your experience is limited to Shopify / Ecommerce ads
• Do NOT apply if you only know basic campaign setup
• We are only interested in candidates who understand high-intent lead generation

• Managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Running campaigns for custom packaging / printing products
• Conducting deep keyword research focused on buyer intent
• Reducing cost per lead (CPL) while improving lead quality
• Optimizing landing pages for higher conversions
• Aligning ads → keywords → landing page messaging
• Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions

• 3–5+ years of proven Google Ads experience
• Strong experience in:
• Lead generation campaigns (NOT ecommerce)
• Keyword intent and search psychology
• Landing page optimization (CRO)
• Experience with international markets (UK/USA preferred)
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver profitable results
• Bonus if you have worked in:
• Printing / Packaging
• Manufacturing / Custom products
