AEY Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands achieve measurable growth through strategic online campaigns. We're looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team and lead high-performing paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team for visual assets.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in PPC and Meta advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing successful PPC and Meta campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
