About the Role
As a Google ads Executive at Businessflix, You will also manage Google Ads campaigns to generate leads, conversions, and brand visibility for Businessflix.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing) to generate qualified leads for business setup and related services in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research specific to the UAE company formation and business services sector, aligning strategies with company objectives.
- Ad Copy & Creative Development: Work with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and optimized landing pages tailored for lead generation.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting strategies (geo-targeting, custom audiences, remarketing lists) to reach UAE-based entrepreneurs and international investors.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROI), analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Optimization & A/B Testing: Run A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to enhance performance and lead quality.
- Analytics & Tracking: Implement and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Market Research: Stay updated with UAE market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to refine campaigns.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and client servicing teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within company setup, business consultancy, or service-based industries in Dubai/UAE. Experience with additional platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Yandex) is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the UAE business setup ecosystem, licensing structures, investor behaviors, and current trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and apply optimizations.
- Budget Management: Experience handling large ad budgets with proven results in ROI optimization.
- Creativity: Skilled in developing engaging ad copy and visuals tailored to the UAE business audience.
- Remote Work Skills: Self-driven with excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
