Google Ads Specialist & SEO Expert

Blooming Velocity Marketing Management LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist & SEO Expert to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns, as well as developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase our clients’ online visibility and drive business growth.

You will manage campaigns for healthcare, beauty, and e-commerce brands across the GCC, UK, and Europe — working with high budgets, strong competition, and measurable ROI targets. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues to improve rankings.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure marketing strategies align with client goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads and SEO management.
• Google Ads certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to manage medium-to-large advertising budgets.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
