We are now seeking a dedicated Google Ads expert to drive our paid search performance to the next level.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing AED 150,000+ monthly budgets exclusively on Google Ads. This is a specialist role focused entirely on paid search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns — no social media, no SEO, just deep expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, as you will create and optimize campaigns for a diverse audience in the UAE and MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage high monthly budgets with strict ROI targets and cost efficiency
• Develop and implement advanced targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation strategies
• Create, test, and optimize ad copy in both Arabic and English to maximize CTR and conversions
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable reports and insights via Looker Studio
• Continuously monitor market trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management
• Proven history of managing AED 150,000+ monthly ad spend on Google Ads
• Expert knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to craft high-converting ad copy in Arabic and English
• In-depth understanding of Google Ads bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, and conversion rate optimization
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
