Summary

The Google Ads Specialist at CMOShare plays a critical role in driving client success through targeted and effective paid advertising strategies. This position is focused on managing and optimizing all aspects of Google Ads campaigns, leveraging tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio to deliver exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Search Ads and Google Performance Max Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that achieve measurable results for our healthcare and dentistry clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Leverage Google Tag Manager to implement and manage tracking codes, ensuring accurate campaign measurement and advanced audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data-driven recommendations, A/B testing, keyword refinement, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Write engaging ad copy and headlines tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads and Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and new features, incorporating them into campaign strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Produce detailed performance reports using Google Data Studio, summarizing metrics, insights, and suggested optimizations for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with SEO and web teams to align paid advertising strategies with organic search trends and overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to CMOShare's marketing strategies, supporting broader business objectives through digital marketing expertise.

Qualifications

  • Three to six years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing ad campaigns with exceptional ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Strong expertise in tracking implementation and troubleshooting using Google Tag Manager.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with a talent for adapting messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they intersect with PPC efforts.
  • Commitment to staying ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly within Google Search Ads, Google PMax and Meta ads..
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and attention to detail.
