About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented SEM/PPC Executive to join our growing team at Mastroke.

In this role, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.

As Mastroke is an official Shopify Partner, a working knowledge of the Shopify platform and its ecosystem is required, as many campaigns will be tailored for Shopify-based eCommerce clients.

This position is ideal for freshers with strong SEM knowledge or internship experience who want to launch their digital marketing career, as well as professionals with up to 3 years of relevant experience looking to expand their expertise in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine strategy.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Create ad copies and creative variations for A/B testing to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Work on Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for e-commerce and service-based

clients.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align campaigns with landing page strategy.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and new SEM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of SEM/PPC campaign structure, optimization, and reporting.
  • Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics / GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, and analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools like Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or SimilarWeb.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Google Ads Certifications in Search, Display, Shopping, Video, App, or Performance Max.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and geo-targeting.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign automation tools.
