About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of our paid campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.

You will play a key role in driving fundraising and awareness campaigns through high-performing digital advertising. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a performance-focused mindset.

Graphic design skills are preferred to support ad creatives and improve campaign performance.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, CPC, and overall ROI
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
• Set up and manage conversion tracking and event tracking
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports (Looker Studio)
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing strategies
• Manage budgets effectively and scale high-performing campaigns
• Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through paid ads
• Collaborate on or create ad visuals and creatives when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Google Ads / PPC campaign management
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and performance metrics
• Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager for data tracking and reporting
• Good understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign structuring
• Graphic design skills (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Google Ads Certification
• Basic knowledge of SEO / SEM
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, or similar
