Google Ads Specialist / PPC Expert

We are Glowing Digital, a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing. We are looking for a result-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team and manage client campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPA.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance regularly.
• Suggest creative ad copies, extensions, and landing page improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
