We are looking for a Google AdSense Manager to lead our monetization strategy and maximize ad revenue across our digital platforms. The role involves managing AdSense accounts, optimizing ad placements, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with Google policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and manage Google AdSense accounts for websites/apps.
- Optimize ad placements, formats, and targeting to maximize revenue.
- Monitor ad performance using Google AdSense dashboard, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad layouts, placements, and strategies to improve CTR (click-through rate) and RPM (revenue per thousand impressions).
- Ensure compliance with Google AdSense policies and guidelines to avoid account suspension or penalties.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and web development teams to improve user experience while maintaining strong monetization.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, Google policy updates, and emerging monetization strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google AdSense accounts.
- Strong knowledge of online advertising, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Ad Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of website traffic, audience behavior, and revenue generation strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional monetization platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Ezoic, Media.net, Taboola, Outbrain).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development for ad implementation.
- Familiarity with content-based websites, apps, or digital publishing platforms.
