Google and Meta Ads Specialist Performance Marketing

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Google and Meta Ads Specialist to lead our performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate lives in the data but understands the power of a "scroll-stopping" creative. You will be directly responsible for hitting ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Google Ads: Design and manage Search, Shopping (P6), Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Meta Ads: Architect full-funnel Meta campaigns (Awareness to Conversion) using Advantage+ and manual targeting.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous split testing of ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve CTR and Conversion Rates.

2. Data & Tracking

  • Technical Setup: Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Conversion API (CAPI) to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Optimization: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform data to identify leaks in the funnel and scale winning segments.

3. Creative & Copywriting

  • Briefing: Collaborate with designers to develop high-performing video and static assets.
  • Copy: Write persuasive, platform-specific ad copy that aligns with brand voice and drives action.

4. Budget & Reporting

  • Budget Management: Manage monthly spends of [$Amount] across platforms, ensuring zero overspend and maximum efficiency.
  • Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, not just raw numbers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a combined monthly spend of at least $10k–$50k.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor.
  • Certifications: Current Google Ads (Search, Measurement) and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and proficiency in GA4.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate the "cookieless" future and leverage AI-bidding strategies effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
