Google & Facebook Ads Specialist (Onsite)

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling high-performing campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Manage budgets and allocate spending efficiently
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in Google & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of PPC, display, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics & conversion tracking
• Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international markets (UK/US/UAE preferred)
• Landing page optimization knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Familiarity with CRM integrations
