PPC / Google Ads Specialist – Custom Packaging Industry

We are looking for an experienced PPC / Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our Custom Packaging & Custom Boxes websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running high-performing Google Ads campaigns, generating quality leads, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads while maintaining the lowest possible Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
• Implement conversion tracking, call tracking, and remarketing tags.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, new features, and industry trends.
• Meet monthly lead generation and ROI targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Custom Boxes / Packaging industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, and conversion tracking.
• Proven track record of reducing CPC while increasing qualified leads and ROAS.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Location: 491 Pak Block, Iqbal Town, Lahore
INTERVIEW TIME: after 10pm
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM) – Onsite Only
Interview: Must be ONSITE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
