We are looking for a Reputation Management Specialist to manage, protect, and grow the online reputation of our company and our clients across multiple platforms. The role focuses on ethical review generation, brand advocacy, sentiment management, and professional handling of online feedback on platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, and other relevant review and discussion channels.
You will be responsible for developing and executing compliant strategies to generate genuine customer reviews, monitoring brand mentions, responding to feedback, and improving overall brand trust and credibility online. This role requires strong judgment, excellent written communication skills, and a clear understanding of platform policies and ethical reputation management practices.
Develop and execute ethical and compliant review generation strategies for clients and internal brands.
Manage and respond to reviews on platforms including Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor online brand mentions, discussions, and sentiment across forums and social platforms.
Handle negative reviews professionally, including drafting public responses and coordinating internal resolution steps.
Advocate for brands in online communities while strictly adhering to platform rules and guidelines.
Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and workflows for review generation and reputation management.
Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and account teams to align reputation efforts with real customer experiences.
Prepare and present monthly reputation performance reports, including review growth, ratings, sentiment trends, and insights.
Proven experience in online reputation management, review management, or brand advocacy.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Reddit.
Strong understanding of platform policies and compliance requirements.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write professional, empathetic, and brand-safe responses.
Ability to handle sensitive feedback and escalations calmly and diplomatically.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems or review monitoring tools is a plus.
