Governance & Compliance Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Governance & Compliance Senior Specialist to join our team and lead the development and implementation of corporate governance and compliance frameworks across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and implement corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and applicable laws
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess organizational impact
• Lead internal compliance reviews and support audit activities
• Identify and mitigate governance and compliance risks
• Establish and maintain company-wide policies and controls
• Deliver compliance training and promote awareness across the organization
• Prepare reports for governance committee

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management
• Experience in holding companies, construction, real estate sectors is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment and governance frameworks
• Professional certifications in Governance/Compliance/Risk are a plus
• Knowledgeable in Saudi Law
