Location: Head Office (Reporting to the Office of the Owner & CEO)

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
We are seeking a Governance & Internal Control Manager with the necessary professional qualifications and outstanding leadership skills to lead the implementation of the company's policies and internal frameworks.

EXECUTIVE REPRESENTATION:
Act as the direct representative for the Office of the Owner & CEO to ensure the effective application of internal controls and foster a culture of professional integrity across the organization.

INSTITUTIONAL OVERSIGHT & EVALUATION:
Oversee policy implementation, monitor organizational performance, and provide strategic reports aimed at continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

TOTAL COMPLIANCE:
Ensure full compliance across all departments and project sites with internal protocols, quality standards, and all legal and regulatory requirements.

INTEGRITY & CONFIDENTIALITY:
Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and ethical conduct in all executive and operational matters.
