  • Supporting the Head of Government Affairs in creating and delivering the public affairs strategy
  • Partnering with the regional CEO on stakeholder engagement activities and strategic advice on key policy and licensing issues
  • Analysing legislation, regulation, and policy, understanding the threats and opportunities to inform a best in class advocacy strategy
  • Leading on key policy areas within the UAE, taking ownership of these areas to shape Revolut's position and deliver positive outcomes
  • Building a network of trusted relationships with the government, regulators, media, etc., while building Revolut's reputation as a key thought leader within financial services

  • Monitoring political debate and regulatory and legislative initiatives
  • Working with Software Engineers to build game changing engagement tools
  • Engaging in other jurisdictions, following a business need or your own passions and career ambitions
What You'll Need

  • The ability to analyse complex, technical policy, legislation, and regulation to convert this information into actionable strategy
  • An understanding of the difference between good politics and good policy, how policymakers and regulators think, and how to advocate for good outcomes
  • A passion for technology and financial policy
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to deliver a message succinctly, ideally using data and not words
  • The ability to build genuine, mutually respectful relationships with diverse teams and across stakeholders of varying seniority
  • To be comfortable and literate using tech software to manage work streams
  • Fluency in Arabic
