About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Government Relations Officer (GRO/PRO) with an exceptional understanding of Saudi Arabia’s government systems, procedures, and regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will already have strong connections within key ministries and authorities, and will be responsible for managing all governmental, visa, and licensing activities efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all government relations and public administration activities including visas, work permits, Iqamas, GOSI, medicals, and renewals.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with MOFA, MOL, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, MISA, and other government bodies .
  • Manage all employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to government formalities.
  • Ensure timely submission and renewal of company licenses, registrations, and certifications .
  • Act as the company’s primary liaison with external authorities for all official matters.
  • Provide strategic advice and updates on new government regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Handle Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and Absher portals with full accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR and admin teams in managing visa quotas, block visas, and Saudization requirements .
  • Resolve issues or delays in government transactions through strong networks and proactive follow-up.
  • Represent the company professionally in all governmental interactions, inspections, and audits.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as a GRO/PRO in Saudi Arabia (preferably in a corporate or project-based environment).
  • Proven relationships with key ministries and authorities in KSA.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor law , immigration, and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in Riyadh and available for on-ground follow-ups and ministry visits.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.
