ROLE SUMMARY
The Government Relations Associate / Senior Associate is responsible for efficiently managing all government-related employee services, including visa issuance, renewal, and cancellation, as well as labor card processing, Emirates ID applications, and related documentation. The role requires hands-on expertise in UAE government portals and systems, ensuring full compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
ROLE PROFILE

Manage visa, labor card, and Emirates ID issuance, renewal, and cancellation for employees and dependents.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and company policies.

Accurately process all government-related transactions through relevant systems (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, etc.).

Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation in alignment with government requirements.

Coordinate with HR and business units to meet agreed service-level timelines (SLAs).

Stay informed of changes in UAE government regulations and update internal processes accordingly.

Handle occupational health certificate (OHC) requests and other employee-related government documentation.

Support continuous improvement of GR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Government Relations, PRO, or employee services roles within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration rules, and government procedures.

Hands-on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other UAE government e-service portals.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
