Government Relationship Officer (PRO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and well-connected (Public Relations Officer) to join our team at. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of UAE government entities and hands-on experience managing company formation, legal services, and employee-related government transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all company formation, licensing, and renewal activities across Amer, Tasheel, Trakhees, Dubai Economy (DED).
• Handle MOHRE, Immigration, and Labour-related procedures, including visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, attestations, legal documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Stay updated on UAE laws, government policies, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with law firms and legal service providers for company amendments, notarization, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of applications, renewals, and government payments to avoid penalties or delays.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a PRO or Government Relationship Officer in the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of Amer, Tasheel, Tarakhees, MOHRE, and other UAE government portals.
• Strong network within relevant UAE ministries and departments.
• Excellent understanding of company formation, legal, and compliance procedures.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
