Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse monthly (Joiners & Leavers) reporting & dashboard
  • Enhance and optimize existing processes and review its effectiveness
  • Ensure SLAs in place for the existing processes
  • Ensure that resources and infrastructure are adequate to support the flow of onboarding & offboarding program
  • Provide inputs and be involved in the implementation of the Oracle HCM
  • Develop and standardise procedures and processes for Onboarding & Offboarding functions to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Create SLA document, workflows and pre-requisites in each area that involve Onboarding and Offboarding Implement Document Management System for data accessibility
  • Welcome the new joiners with utmost customer service and act as the company's frontline by providing consultancy and assistance
  • Ensure smooth, satisfactory & successful onboarding & offboarding experience
  • Manage complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts and issues
  • Lead and drive the activities among the team and by assisting, supporting and helping them achieve and execute deliverable within expected timeframe
  • Assign a mentor/buddy to assist the new hire in acclimating to the organization
  • Monitor monthly turnover of new joiners and leavers
  • Ensure cancellation of access, assets handover and EOS Payout is process within the timelines
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of sensitive and confidential recruits and leavers
  • Work closely with the payroll team and ensure timely upload onto payroll system
  • Develop a professional exit process - conduct interviews, gather and consolidate feedback and share with P&C Team for review and consideration
  • Gathering, creating, tracking and maintaining documentation including project plans and status
  • Create employee file (N2 & Grade H above)
  • Manage all communications and transactions between candidate/employee and government relations team Updating employee ID creation, profile setup and data management in system
  • Standard benefits enrollment
  • Salary setup for bank account information
  • Introduction to AGI and workforce policies
  • Cost center allocation as per BU costing structure
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organization and legal standards.
  • Perform routine data audits and validations to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate data
  • To educate, up-skill and empower team members to provide comprehensive, informative and engaging service and advice
  • Ensure high engagement of team members during transformation period.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all employee lifecycle data across systems, including personal details, compensation, legal documentation (e.g., passport, visa, EID), off boarding to support compliance, reporting, decision-making, and a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related degree.
  • 5 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or a similar role in the HR department.
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Ability to solve complex problems efficiently
  • Effective complaint management
  • Handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • High level of understanding of system concepts from a functional and technical perspective
