Responsibilities

• Cloud Solutions Design and Delivery: Design and deliver end to end cloud computing solutions, lead system integration, handle engineering issues, and ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Quickly analyse and solve problems based on customer business scenarios to improve satisfaction;
• Cloud System Operations and Maintenance: Oversee cloud system operations and maintenance, including business system monitoring and fault handling, ensuring stable operation of cloud services. Continuously enhance user experience and product capabilities through automation and diagnostic tools;
• Forward Looking Service Solutions and Tool Development: Develop forward looking service solutions based on product evolution, achieving low cost, high quality delivery and maintenance of public, hybrid, and private clouds. Design and develop tool systems to build future oriented delivery, operation, and service platforms;
• Customer Problem Analysis and Product Improvement: Summarise and categorize customer issues, develop systematic tool platforms, understand customer business scenarios, and promote continuous improvement in products and services.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong customer service awareness with excellent communication, understanding, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in both oral and written English to ensure effective communication with international teams and clients;
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java/Go/Python. Understanding of fundamental principles in computing, operating systems, virtualization, storage, networking, databases, and security to effectively contribute to product development and troubleshooting;
• Problem Solving Abilities: Strong capabilities in problem identification, analysis, and resolution. Ability to handle complex technical challenges efficiently and provide robust solutions that enhance system stability and performance;
• Professionalism and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to teamwork. Capable of maintaining professionalism and contributing positively to team dynamics while ensuring project success and high quality deliverables.
