Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and passionate fresh engineering graduates to join our manufacturing team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). The role involves exposure to production processes, quality control, machine operations and continuous improvement initiatives in a modern manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

· Learn and understand production processes, machinery and plant operations.

· Assist in daily production activities ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

· Support preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot basic machine issues.

· Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

· Maintain production logs, reports and data entries as per company norms.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, etc.) for smooth operations.

· Contribute innovative ideas to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

· Willingness to work in shifts and on shop floor.

· Proficiency in MS Office

Education & Experience:

· Qualification: B.E. / B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent.

· Experience: Fresher

Training & Growth:

• Structured on-the-job training across departments.
• Exposure to manufacturing process, quality systems and plant operations.
• Clear career path to Engineer / Shift In-charge roles upon successful completion of training.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: As per company norms

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
