We are looking for enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our UAE teams. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in a variety of development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

Over a two year global graduate development programme, graduates will work with our teams developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas. During this time you will develop decision making, communication, technical and leadership skills. We also support towards gaining chartered status within your field.

Based in the Abu Dhabi/Dubai office

Involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply newly acquired skills in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business increases.
