Projects are handled all over India and engineers will be required to travel and stay at customer location during installation activity.

Customers - All major automotive manufacturer and their Tier 1 and 2 suppliers

Background - CFM Schiller India is private ltd company working in field of test system engineering and vibration isolation system. CFM Schiller India is subsidiary of CFM Schiller GmbH, Germany.

We provide customized solution for test system required for performance, durability evaluation of various automotive component. We design, develop and supply customized test rigs for testing of these components / sub-assemblies / assemblies.

We are also instrumental in supplying vibration isolation system for test equipment which generates very high dynamic loads.

Job Profile of Mechanical Engineer –

1. Understanding of customer requirement

2. Preparing concept and suggest customer suitable solution to meet requirement

3. Finalization of concept layout in coordination with customer team

4. Costing of proposed system and preparing quotation

5. Design of components involved in development of proposed system

6. Preparation of manufacturing, machining and fabrication drawings

7. Procurement of bought out items, raw material

8. In house and outsource manufacturing of individual components

9. Assembly and in house pre trials

10. Dispatch and delivery of test system to customer site

11. Installation at customer site

12. Acceptance trials at customer site.

To meet above requirements engineer should poses following qualities –

1. Fundamental knowledge of Strength of materials, Theory of machine, Machine design.

2. Machine drawing, drafting and modelling

3. Knowledge of manufacturing process

4. Communication in English

5. Basic knowledge of computers, MS office

6. Team work

7. Creative thinking

8. Problem solving

9. Interpersonal skills

10. Ready to travel

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
