The Graduate School’s Master of Human-Computer Interaction and Design (MHCI+D) program has an outstanding opportunity for a Graduate Program Advisor to join their team.
About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Program Manager of the Master of Human-Computer Interaction and Design (MHCI+D) program, the Graduate Program Advisor plays a critical role in the MHCI+D program by managing co-curricular activities and delivering student services throughout the graduate student lifecycle. This position manages program recruitment, guides students through application, acceptance, and matriculation processes, and enables the launch or re-launch of careers as students become MHCI+D alumni.
MHCI+D is an interdisciplinary degree program offered by four departments: Computer Science & Engineering , Human Centered Design & Engineering , the Information School, and Division of Design in the School of Art + Art History + Design. This interdisciplinary approach prepares a new generation of designers, engineers, and researchers to integrate design thinking and behavioral science in service of a more effective user experience.
