Graduate Registered Nurses

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) is seeking Graduate Registered Nurses who are dedicated in delivering professional and excellent quality patient care in accordance with the established policies and procedures, guidelines and protocols of HMC.

To fulfil the responsibilities above, the Graduate Registered Nurse, engages in the following activities:

• Provides skilled safe, holistic and culturally competent, person-centered nursing care to patients, families, community and society, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provides direct care for patients and their families in a variety of settings including hospital, patient homes and in community settings in accordance with legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines relevant to registered nursing practice
• Develops, implements and evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care delivered to patients and promotes customer satisfaction through effective customer service
• Accepts accountability for own actions and decision-making and for the related outcome.
• Attends to emergency / crisis situations calmly and effectively and exhibits leadership qualities and manages nursing care safely, efficiently and ethically
• Administers medications and therapies in a safe, timely and effective manner in accordance with HMC policy.
• Uses communication skills to ensure that other members of the health care team, the patient and their family are and remain fully informed.
• Demonstrates commitment to the development of other members in the healthcare team.
• Assumes responsibility for own professional development through lifelong learning and maintains a professional portfolio that includes evidence of continued competence and performance improvement.
• Uses data systems to enhance the quality and delivery of patient care.
• Ensures patients and those participating in research are fully informed of their rights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the nursing field with the specialty of :

1. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / High-Dependency Unit (HDU)

2. Medical /surgical Inpatient

3. Radiology

• Valid Primary license from the country of origin and should be eligible for license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession
• Prefer Arabic Sparkers .
