As a Graduate Sales Account Manager, you will support acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships, learning to apply the 6 stages of sales: Prospecting & Outreach, Understanding Your Customer, Setting Meetings, Offering Proposals, Closing Deals, and Follow-Up & Account Management. This role is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your sales career, gain hands-on experience, and develop key client management skills.
In this role, you will:
- Achieve monthly targets (renewal and acquisition) with consistency;
- Manage existing accounts and increase their book of business;
- Ensure daily farming to increase database in terms of leads and referrals;
- Increase our market share by selling our B2B products to new customers;
- Manage and arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals, and upgrades;
- Increase our client satisfaction by performing account management services with them;
- Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities;
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues;
- Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 University in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; internships or campus projects in sales, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to achieving targets.
- Comfortable with making calls and reaching out to potential clients (training will be provided).
- Interest in the Automotive market, Subscription services, tech, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Marketplace, or PropTech platforms is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement techniques.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and presentation skills.
- Positive, flexible, presentable, and a team player.
