About the Role:

As a Graduate Trainee – Commercial Transformation , you will support the analysis and enhancement of key commercial processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and designing intelligent workflows enabled by AI, automation, and business architecture frameworks . This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about business improvement and the application of emerging technologies in real-world environments.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Analyse and document existing commercial processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Propose and support enhancements aligned with business goals and leading best practices.
• Explore and enable AI and automation opportunities across workflows and operations.
• Contribute to the design of process models, value streams, and capability maps .
• Support governance documentation and ensure alignment with internal frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent UAE National graduate with a degree in:
  Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics / Data Science, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Business / Process Architecture, or a related field .
• Strong analytical skills and interest in automation and digital solutions.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.
