Role Summary:
As our Lead Graphic & AI Design Specialist, you will architect the future of our visual communication. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of elite digital artistry and cutting-edge workflow automation. Based full-time in Dubai, you will define and deliver scalable, high-conversion design systems powered by generative AI, driving our global brand presence across international markets.
What You'll Build:
You will lead the creation of a scalable design architecture, crafting modular, localized, and reusable creative assets. This includes:
  • Designing high-conversion web banners, innovative product visuals, engaging promotional graphics, and dynamic campaign assets for multi-market performance marketing.
  • Implementing generative and agentic AI workflows into the design process to automate asset variation, scaling up output and creative bandwidth for rapid global turnaround times.
  • Building and managing our evolving design system in Figma, establishing clean components, autolayout templates, and standardized developer handoff procedures.
  • Collaborating with AI engineers to test and integrate bespoke design plugins, custom automation scripts, and asset generation pipelines.

Your First 90 Days:
We believe in rapid impact, asset ownership, and clear expectations. Here's what your initial journey will look like:
  • First 30 Days: You'll immerse yourself in our brand guidelines, existing design libraries, and current AI creative stack. You will set up your workspace, shadow the marketing workflow, and identify immediate opportunities to apply AI for rapid variant generation on a core set of promotional web banners.
  • First 60 Days: You will build out the foundational components of our new scalable design system in Figma, incorporating early AI-driven automation elements to streamline cross-continental asset resizing and localization.
  • First 90 Days: You will lead the creative execution and deployment of a major seasonal marketing campaign, utilizing your AI-augmented design workflows. You will present data showing measurable improvements in turnaround speeds, output volume, and creative testing variations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Lead Digital Design Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in a digital design or creative lead role, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic performance marketing creatives and high-conversion assets.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to orchestrate complex design initiatives from concept to global deployment, managing asset allocation, cross-channel deadlines, and version control.
  • Figma Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma. You must be highly skilled in building complex design components, libraries, and automated design systems for multi-market localization.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Advanced, expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (for motion graphics and dynamic ad variations).
  • Generative AI Prowess: Deep practical knowledge of utilizing tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, or similar platforms for advanced prompt engineering, concept generation, and workflow optimization.
  • Technical & Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong experience collaborating directly with developers, marketing analysts, and AI engineers to bridge the gap between design vision and technical implementation.
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to move past one-off designs and build scalable, modular templates that support high-velocity, multi-currency digital advertising campaigns.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with 3D design tools or advanced video editing software.
  • Understanding of UX/UI conversion principles, specifically for high-volume e-commerce landing pages.
  • Familiarity with Arabic typography and Middle Eastern cultural nuances in commercial design.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment adapting quickly to evolving digital tech stacks.
