Job Description
At Glowtronics, our top priority is building a team of positive, motivated individuals who love art, music, and people. We are seeking a Print Production Graphic Artist who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership to our production floor.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, organizing workflow, and supporting a collaborative and upbeat team environment.

Key Responsibilities

As our Print Production Artist, you are responsible for preparing and completing artwork for print, working behind the scenes to ensure the work that goes out the door is error free and ready for print. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator experience and proficiency is mandatory for this position. This role requires strong understanding of color theory, composition, and layout principles, plus the communication skills needed to work well with clients and colleagues.
You must be able to problem solve both individually and with a team, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the motivation to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain good time management skills
• Be a team player / help any team member when needed
• Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Sales Manager, Production Manager and Sew Team
• Prepare final, print-ready files based on supplied specification for several types of printing
• Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise
• Provide image retouching, and additional image manipulation
• Create PDFs and printed samples for client review and approval
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the Creative Director and Accounts Manager
• Stay up to date with current graphic design trends, techniques and software
• Communicate with clients directly regarding any artwork related information

What you need to have:

• A MINIMUM of five (5) years Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator experience
• Maintain a positive and creative mindset
• The ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to learn new equipment and software quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree in design or other related studies is preferred
