Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced production-level graphic artist to join our art department. This is a technical, precision-driven role, not an entry-level or junior design position. However, if you possess the base level skills and are proficient in the appropriate software, we are willing to train.

The ideal candidate is an advanced Adobe Illustrator power user with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications. They must be able to work quickly and confidently using hotkeys, understand and utilize all drawing and shape-building tools, and manage colors, spot colors, and swatches accurately for production output.

A critical requirement for this role is the ability to create 100% accurate die lines from blueprint or reference drawings, with close attention to scale, tolerances, and real-world application. Precision and consistency are essential.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Designing and engineering vehicle wraps and large-format graphics
• Preparing artwork for prepress and digital, large-format, printing
• Ensuring files meet production standards for accuracy, color, and output
• Flexibility to assist with design and prepress of OEM decals for digital and screen printing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in graphic design or production art is ideal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Familiar with graphic art and prepress within the manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position is primarily technical, with creative design skills considered secondary. We are seeking candidates who enjoy detailed production work, problem-solving, and working within established specifications. The ideal candidate will be interested in long-term employment, with opportunities for growth and advancement as our company continues to expand.
