Graphic Design Intern

As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in creating visual elements that enhance our brand, engage customers, and drive sales. You’ll collaborate with a design team and other CX team members to produce compelling designs across various media channels.

Responsibilities:

·Assist with the creation of visual assets for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and web content that align with COL brand and culture standards

·Assist with internal and external communications, including content planning, posting, and engagement

· Assist with the design and maintenance of marketing assets, sales assets, and ECP toolbox assets

· Coordinate with content creators and management to align designs with company objectives

· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on sales and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

· Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office programs

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with both team members and clients

· Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

Starting Wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
