Graphic Design Specialist

Al Sultan International Real Estate is seeking a creative Graphic Design Specialist who is familiar with modern design tools and current AI image generation trends. We’re open to different design styles and workflows—as long as you can effectively deliver the message and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual content for real estate marketing and branding
• Design social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Utilize AI image generation tools to enhance creative output
• Adapt designs to different platforms and audiences
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
• Deliver high-quality work on time

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Canva and CapCut is acceptable
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools and trends (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Strong visual communication skills
• Ability to turn concepts into clear, effective designs

Plus Points

• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Motion graphics or short video content creation
• Experience in real estate or digital marketing
