The everyday hustle:

Develop and execute creative designs for a variety of mediums, with a strong focus on digital assets (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.)

Develop brand assets to continue to strengthen and bring consistency to the ReliaQuest brand.

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.

Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and expertise in digital and print design.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
What makes you uncommon?

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a bonus.

Experience working within a branding or marketing team.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles to optimize designs for user experience.
