Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer is a creative contributor responsible for producing high-impact visuals that elevate the identity of HHS’ divisions, sub-brands, and programs. This role supports marketing, sales, operations, and internal teams by developing visually compelling designs that reflect the brand's identity, drive engagement, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production

  • Create high-quality digital and print designs that support marketing, sales, operations, and home office initiatives.

  • Conceptualize and produce various visual assets, including proposals, presentations, infographics, websites, social media graphics, brochures, signage, and event collateral.

  • Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines and are tailored to their intended audience and purpose.

  • Prepare and finalize design files for both print and digital distribution.

  • Manage multiple projects with attention to quality, consistency, and deadlines.

  • Assist with market wage map and account map requests as needed.

  • Maintain a structured file system with proper version control and naming conventions

  • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints and materials.

  • Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.

  • Offer creative suggestions to improve project outcomes and user experience.

  • Use project management tools to coordinate workflow, deadlines, and team communication.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications,

  • Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including branding, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and photography.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Prezi).

  • Familiarity with preparing files for both digital publishing and professional printing.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that align with brand standards and strategic objectives.

  • Skilled in planning, capturing, editing, and managing professional imagery for marketing and internal needs.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

  • Comfortable shifting between large-scale projects and smaller design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
