We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our brand presence through compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content, to promote our real estate properties.

· Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

· Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure that all graphics meet our quality standards.

· Assist in the creation of advertising campaigns and promotional materials for print and digital media.

· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Work closely with photographers to coordinate photo for marketing purposes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premier Pro will be a plus

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work.

· Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

· Ability to create 3D renderings and visualizations is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
