We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to bring creativity and purpose together, designing impactful visuals that support patient engagement, provider recruitment, and brand growth.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand visual content for both digital and print channels. From marketing campaigns to clinical education materials, your work will tell the EPIC Health story in a way that builds trust, connects with caregivers, and inspires healthier communities.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, digital ads, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Develop content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain and evolve EPIC Health’s brand identity across all design outputs.

Collaboration

• Partner with the Marketing, Communications, and Patient Relations teams to support campaigns, events, and community outreach.
• Work with internal departments (clinical, HR, operations) to design materials that meet specific needs (recruitment ads, educational tools, training resources).

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all creative deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and healthcare marketing best practices.

Production

• Prepare files for both digital and print production.
• Work with external vendors and printers as needed.
• Ensure quality control for all produced assets.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional design experience (healthcare or nonprofit experience a plus).

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Ability to create designs for both digital and print platforms.
• Video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently.
