Summary

With the role of an experienced graphic designer, create and manage digital designs according to the company’s marketing needs, able to manage graphic design tasks, make projects and drafts error-free yet attractive, bring creative ideas, and promote the company’s vision through high-quality content. May provide training to internees and junior graphic designers in the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating infographics, illustrations, and graphic content.
• Managing graphic design projects from inception to completion.
• Reviewing and editing designs created by juniors for improvement.
• Presenting new ideas on daily basis.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing projects.
• Coordinating with the marketing and design departments to meet deadlines.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Graphic Design or related field.
• Completed degree(s) from a recognized institution as per minimum education requirement may be filled in for experience on a year for year basis.
• Must have 3-4 years of experience managing Digital Media tasks - UI/UX Design, Logo Designs, and E-commerce Designs.
• Experience of any local or international fashion house and photography (product shoots) will be preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability and curiosity to learn something new and think out of the box.
• Able to provide utmost support to different departments of the organization.
• Skills to maintain consistent and correct workflow and uninterrupted procedure of designing.
• Ability to manage workload and deal with users.
• Complete understanding of all digital file formats and their appropriate use for the desired outcome in different projects.
• Proven track record of working as part of a team in a busy design environment, with a natural ability problem-solving.
• Good command of English grammar and a flair for writing copy.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Full working knowledge of the Window and Adobe software programs including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work in the creative sector with a specific focus on graphic design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
