Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager with a strong background in Marketing, SEO, and Web Development. This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of web projects that drive organic growth and digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage marketing-focused web development projects from planning to launch
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure all deliverables meet both technical and marketing standards
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met
• Optimize workflows between marketing and technical teams to ensure efficient execution
• Coordinate website updates, SEO audits, and performance tracking
• Ensure all web content aligns with SEO best practices and brand messaging
• Report regularly on project status, KPIs, and outcomes to leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing, web, or digital agencies
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools
• Experience coordinating website design and development projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,

  , ClickUp)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms a plus
• Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies preferred but not required
