We are seeking
Graphic Designer
to play a vital role in shaping and showcasing its dynamic identity through engaging, high-impact visual content. Working closely with the marketing and events teams, this position is responsible for developing creative assets that promote a wide range of activities while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
The ideal candidate will balance creativity with strategic thinking, thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, and have a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop creative assets including event branding, social media graphics, promotional campaigns, presentations, sponsorship visuals, and corporate materials.

Adapt designs for print, digital, and on-site formats, maintaining brand integrity across all mediums.

Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating creativity and innovation.

Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and impactful ideas for campaigns, branding, and event visuals.

Support internal and external communications by creating visually engaging slide decks and presentations.

Create and manage branding elements across venues and platforms to enhance visibility and consistency.

Organize and maintain design assets with proper version control to prevent outdated usage.

Perform quality checks on typography, alignment, and color accuracy to deliver flawless designs.

Produce design drafts that align with project intent and artistic direction.

Work collaboratively across departments to maintain integrated creative direction.

Finalize designs in alignment with marketing team timelines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, workflows, and branding strategies.

Ability to create additional digital assets (animations, video editing is a plus).

Skilled in adapting designs for diverse platforms while ensuring consistent brand identity.

Strong ability to interpret and apply feedback constructively.

Ability to repurpose master designs quickly for various formats.

Sharp eye for layout, color matching, and brand alignment.
